Draft designs for The Shed, the outbuilding in Spylaw Park, have been produced by Edinburgh architects MDA Studio.
The designs are the result of work over the past year between Colinton Village Enterprise SCIO and Colinton resident David Moore, architect at MDA, on an architectural feasibilty study.
The proposed multi-functional building would provide a café; gallery space; an activity and performance venue for local groups and artists; and an information bureau for local attractions and services.
The draft designs are for pre-planning purposes only and subject to further consultation with the local community.
